How and where can I find my tickets/requests?

To see all your tickets, make sure you are logged in to the Help Center.

 

Go to your profile on the website and click on the arrow ∨ next to your profile thumbnail.

 

Click the Support button.

 

The system will automatically log you into the Help Center.

Click the My Tickets button.

 

That's it! 
Now you can see all your tickets, go to each of them and view the responses from our support agents.
