SEPA Payment Method

The SEPA (Single Euro Payments Area) payment method offers an excellent alternative for seamless transactions across Europe. 

Designed to simplify cross-border transfers within the Eurozone, SEPA ensures faster, more secure payments making it an ideal solution.


 

A SEPA transaction is completed in three simple steps.

 

1. Select the package of Credits required by you and click on the SEPA button.

 

2. In the window that opens, you will need to provide your full name and the email address where the transaction notification will be sent.

 

3. A window will open with the data required for making a SEPA transfer

In your payment, you must indicate the reference number that the system will provide you with AND specify the exact amount indicated by the system.
 

Payment Description is unique for each transaction, so please make sure that you specify the correct number when making a transaction!

 

PLEASE NOTE: 
Enter the exact reference/payment description and the amount indicated by the system!


If you indicate a different number or amount, your payment WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL.

 


 

To proceed, you need to find the option to transfer via SEPA in your bank's app. 
If you have difficulty finding this option, please contact your bank representatives to find out exactly where this option is located.


After that, just make the transaction using the data provided by the system in Step 3.


 

The processing time for your transaction depends on two factors: 

  • The selected transaction method (SEPA Instant or SEPA Transfer);
  • And the current congestion of the SEPA network. 

As a result, processing times can range from just a few minutes to 1-2 business days.
