🎊 How the Advent Calendar works 🎊
Santa Claus gives out weekly gifts at the end of each 7 days of Advent.
The closer it gets to New Year's Eve, the more gifts there are. And if you follow the rules for a whole month, you can receive a monthly gift!
That is:
During December you will receive special Advent Calendar emails from us.
From December 3 to December 30 you will get one “Advent” email every day (28 days in total).
To take part, just:
Open the email.
Click at least one link inside that Advent email that leads back to our website.
If you do this every day for a full Advent week — you receive weekly Credits from Santa.
If you do this every day for all 28 Advent days — you receive an extra big monthly gift in Credits on top of all weekly rewards.

December 31 is not part of this promotion, and no Advent Credits are given for that date.
Weekly gifts from Santa 🎅🎁
The Advent Calendar is split into four weekly periods.
If you click at least one link inside every daily Advent email during that week, you get a one-time weekly payout:
Week 1: December 3–9
1 Credit for each of the 7 days
Weekly gift: 7 Credits
Week 2: December 10–16
2 Credits for each of the 7 days
Weekly gift: 14 Credits
Week 3: December 17–23
3 Credits for each of the 7 days
Weekly gift: 21 Credits
Week 4: December 24–30
4 Credits for each of the 7 days
Weekly gift: 28 Credits
If you complete all four (4) weeks — click a link in every Advent email from December 3 to December 30 — you also receive a special monthly gift of 20 Credits in addition to all weekly Credits.
👉 Maximum possible reward:
7 + 14 + 21 + 28 + 20 = 90 Credits
Can I start later? 🤔❓
Yes, you can join the Advent Calendar on any day in December.
To receive a weekly reward, you still need to have 7 Advent emails from that week, and at least one click in each of them by the time we check the results for that week.
Here is how it works in practice:
If you were already subscribed to our emails:
If you were already getting our Advent emails earlier in the week, you can still open the older emails later and click the links inside them.
As long as all 7 emails for that week are opened and clicked before we check the results, that week can still count for the reward.
If you were NOT subscribed and only asked our Customer Service to resubscribe you in the middle of the week:
If you were not subscribed before and you only start receiving Advent emails in the middle of the week, you will not get the earlier emails for that week.
In that case, you cannot complete all 7 days, so you will not receive the weekly Credits for that week — but you can still take part in the next weeks and in the rest of the Advent Calendar.
This way you can “catch up” if you already had the emails, but we unfortunately cannot send or count Advent emails that you never received.
This means:
To get a weekly gift, you must click at least one link in every Advent email of that full week, starting from the first day of that week:
— for example, December 3 for Week 1, December 10 for Week 2, etc.
The monthly 20-Credit bonus is given only if you have clicked a link in all 28 Advent emails (December 3–30) without missing a day.
Extra bonuses for Chat, V-Gifts and Gift Shop 🎄💬🎁
On top of your weekly and monthly Credits, you can earn extra holiday bonuses each Advent week.
Within each 7-day Advent week:
Chat bonus (+10 Credits)
Have one continuous Chat of at least 30 minutes with the same lady within that week.
“30-minute Chat” — means one single chat session that lasts 30 minutes or longer, not several short chats added together.
If you also complete your Advent emails that week, you get +10 Credits added to that week’s reward.
V-Gift bonus (+15 Credits)
Send at least one V-Gift during that Advent week.
If you also complete your Advent emails that week, you get +15 Credits for that week.
It does not matter how many V-Gifts you send – this is a one-time bonus per week.
Gift Shop bonus (+20 Credits)
Send at least one gift from the Gift Shop during that Advent week.
If you also complete your Advent emails that week, you get +20 Credits for that week.
It does not matter how many gifts you send – this is also a one-time bonus per week.
⭐ Very important:
Each of these three extra bonuses (+10, +15, +20) can be received once per week
And only if you have also completed your main Advent email goals for that week ——> clicked a link in every daily Advent email of that week
🤩 If you are very active, you can combine them in one week:
Weekly Advent reward (for all email clicks), plus
+10 Credits for a 30-minute Chat,
+15 Credits for holiday V-Gifts,
+20 Credits for a holiday Gift Shop present.
All these extra Credits are simply added on top of your normal Advent rewards.
When will my Credits be added? 💭💸🧐🧮
We want to make sure all Credits are counted correctly and fairly, so we process Advent rewards in batches.
Weekly rewards and extra bonuses — for Chat, V-Gifts and Gift Shop — are added after we finish checking all activity for that Advent week.
In most cases, you should see your Credits within several days after the end of each Advent week.
The big monthly bonus for completing all 28 days is added after the entire Advent Calendar is finished and all results are checked.
Because some checks are done manually (for example, to prevent fraud and duplicates), there may be slight delays.
If you still do not see your Advent Credits within two weeks after the promotion is over, please contact our Customer Service team – we will be happy to review your account and help.

To keep this Advent Calendar fair and fun for everyone, please note:
The promotion is intended for real members using their own single account.
Using multiple accounts, shared accounts, bots, scripts or any other type of fraud or abuse to gain more Credits is not allowed.
If we notice unusual or suspicious activity (for example, several accounts controlled by the same person or artificial clicking), we may:
remove or cancel Advent Credits,
exclude an account from this promotion, and/or
restrict access to the site according to our Terms of Use.
Our goal is to reward honest, active members who enjoy our site and the holiday season.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) 📌📢
Q: Do I have to pay to join the Advent Calendar?
A: No. The promotion itself is free. You may still pay for normal services on the site (for example, Chat, V-Gifts or Gift Shop items), but participation in the Advent Calendar and the Credits from it are a free extra bonus.
Q: What exactly do I need to do every day?
A:
Open the special Advent email for that day.
Click at least one main link inside the email that leads to our website (for example, a button or banner inside the letter).
Technical links such as “unsubscribe” or some footer links may not count towards the promotion.
Q: What happens if I miss a day?
A: If you miss at least one Advent email in a week (for example, you do not open it or you do not click a link inside it), you lose the weekly gift for that week.
You can still try again in the next week.
If you miss any day between December 3 and December 30, you will not receive the monthly bonus of 20 Credits, because it requires completing all 28 days.
Q: How can I see my Credits?
A: Your Credits balance is shown in your account when you are logged in on the website — at the top of the page, next to your profile panel and the Buy Credits button.
If you are not sure where to see it, please contact Customer Service and we will guide you step by step.
Q: I don’t want to receive many emails. Can I still participate?
A: The Advent Calendar depends on our special daily Advent emails.
If you unsubscribe from marketing emails or block our messages, you will not receive these Advent emails and cannot take part in this promotion.
Q: I think I should have received Credits, but I do not see them. What should I do?
A: First, please remember that rewards are added after we finish checking each week and sometimes this process takes a little longer.
If the Advent Calendar has already ended and two weeks have passed, and you still do not see your Credits, please contact Customer Service.
