If your transaction has been approved but no services have been added:
Just wait for a moment.
There may have been a slight delay and your bank has not yet transmitted the information that your transaction has been successfully completed. These situations are rare, but sometimes it's worth waiting a little while for your transaction to complete.
Download the statement document confirming your transaction and send it to us.
Be sure to provide us with all the details, such as the date and time of the payment, the amount and payment method you used, and the specific service you purchased.
