If you see this red triangle ⚠ symbol it means that for some reason your message was not sent.
This may be due to the following reasons:
- Unstable internet connection
- Your message exceeded the limit of 200 characters
- Your message violates our Terms of Use
- Sending a media file that does not meet Media Center requirements
Make sure your internet connection is stable and there is no packet loss that could cause this kind of issue.
Make sure your message is no longer than 200 characters!
Charging is per time spent in chat, not per message, so feel free to write multiple messages instead of one large.
If you prefer longer messages, then our Mailbox service is what you need. The 3800 characters limit in emails will allow you to fully express your feelings.
Make sure the media file you are uploading complies with all of the specified conditions.
- In the case of video, make sure that the video is no longer than 1 minute, the file size is not too large, and that the video does not violate our Terms of Use.
